Biology Simulation is a biology simulation platform that offers interactive 3D models of cellular structures and processes. Users can explore detailed visualizations of cell components and biological systems. The site serves as an educational tool, bridging the gap between traditional learning and modern visualization techniques. In summary, the Cell Cycle Browser (CCB) (https://cellcycle.renci.org) is a web-based tool for exploring, simulating, and perturbing the human cell cycle via an interactive graphical user interface. It was developed in the spirit of the UCSC Genome Browser ( https://genome.ucsc.edu ), which provides a graphical view of genome sequence data

Mystery Cell Model: Cell model exploration that allows students to examine structures and functions common to all cells and use the specialized structures to choose which of 5 cell types they have. Can be used with Inside a Cell, an online interactive. 20 min: Coffee to Carbon

The Cell Cycle Browser: an interactive tool for visualizing, simulating ... Biology Diagrams
Since 1994, CELLS alive! has provided students with a learning resource for cell biology, microbiology, immunology, and microscopy through the use of mobile-friendly interactive animations, video, puzzles, quizzes and study aids.

This interactive module explores the phases, checkpoints, and protein regulators of the cell cycle. The module also shows how mutations in genes that encode cell cycle regulators can lead to the development of cancer. Students can toggle between two different views of the cell cycle by pressing the text in the center of the graphic. The application allows to change parameters and initial conditions and observe changes to cell cycle dynamics in real time. The model was proposed in an eLife article by Guan et al. in 2018 and aims to simulate the behavior of the cell cycle and how it is regulated by various proteins and signaling pathways. You can try it out online here!
